"We loved our experience, from the time we walked into our cottage, we knew we would have a great time. The Cottage was spaces enough for our party of five. This vacation was a graduation gift for my grandson. I loved the proximity to the theme parks. I also loved the amenities that were offered by the property’s management team, Awesome! "

"The property was nice. It would have been better if I had access to the pool area. That’s what I looked forward to the most. The king bed on the second floor was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life, that sounded like the bed would break in half at every movement. Awful. I was soft, high in the middle, low on the edges. My back hurt my entire start. Overall, the output of nice sand in a great location."

"Very enjoyable, safe and fun experience. There was a few minor issues with the tv programming but we troubleshooted that. I stayed at a few other Orlando/kissimmee locations this trip and noticed a common fatigue of persons serving at front desk positions . There may be a need to look into this on a wider scale . The high continuous volume of visitors to the area is probably making front desk workers a little less motivated to ensure each visitor must feel welcome . There may be a need for...
