"Our villa was perfect. Spacious and very clean. AC doesn’t feel as cold in the bedrooms as the rest of the villa. No pool towels were in the room so we had to use bath towels. But thankfully, at check in a “text number” was provided and once we texted with a request, it was handled. My family and I had a great time. We will definitely visit again."

"Beautiful home, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and glassware you could possibly need. It truly had everything necessary to make our family vacation easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We felt right at home and really appreciated how thoughtfully the house was equipped."

"We booked a one bedroom cottage and it was in pretty rough shape. The fridge handle was completely broken off, the ice maker didn’t work, the cottage was dirty, and there was a strong smell of dog urine throughout the unit. The front desk staff was great and quickly moved us to upgraded cottage, which was much better. It still could have used a deep clean, but it was a huge improvement. We didn’t spend much time at the pool because we tried to avoid the lobby. The timeshare sales people were extremely pushy and constantly trying to get us to attend a presentation. Overall, the staff did a great job making things right, but our first impression was not good. Based on our experience, I’d avoid the one bedroom cottages. There are only two on the property, and at least one of them is in serious need of attention."
