Book a Kissimmee Resort

"On 5/12 I checked in for a single night stay. When I went to wash my hands in the sink, the hot water was not hot. I assumed it may have needed longer to heat and did not pay attention to it further. Later, I turned on the shower water and let it run on full hot water for several minutes. The water never got hot, even when placing the dial in multiple locations. I attempted to call the front desk to notify them of the issue and received no response (line just kept ringing). I walked to the front desk and provided verbal notification of the lack of hot water. The hotel employee acknowledged knowing of the issue, said it happens sometimes and did not seem to be notifying anyone to resolve the problem. I went so far as to ask the employee if they were aware of lack of hot water being a health code violation. The following morning, I checked the water to see if the issue resolved. The water still did not heat up. When I checked out, at 6am I again told the hotel employee of the issue and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told no one was available and I would have to call later in the day. I have attempted to call multiple times and the line continues to ring with no response. Also, the 3rd floor "Family" building has a heavy odor of marijuana. Seeing as how there are several signs of no smoking and young lungs and families stay there you would think they would try and run some fans or an air purifier to resolve the issue. Do NOT stay here. "
