"My second stay here and although i didnt get a free upgrade this time my standard room was well equipped, very clean and really quiet which was lovely as I'm not a good hotel sleeper. The gym is good for a hotel gym with plenty of equipment, also very clean."

"5-Star Stay at Leonardo Hotel Watford! I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford! "
