"Pro: Easy to find. Super convenient 15 parking across the street, with all day in/out. Great location, close to everything - 10 min walk to Te Papa, 5 to Cuba St. Clean. Quiet and off street.Con: This place is VERY small - maybe 180 sq ft including the bathroom, excluding staircase. Not really good for 3 people, though advertised as such. The folding sofa bed is unstable on its legs and not comfortable. No ventilation to speak of - only 1 window in bedroom opens 4 inches. Nothing in any other...

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The house and its view is an experience in itself. We spent a lot of time simply looking at the view. The house is comfortable and well appointed. You can easily walk to the city centre. Highly recommend. "

"Lovely clean new warm rooms with a separate entrance in a modern subdivision. Very close to supermarket, takeaways and other shops, as well as bus stops and other amenities. Minor hiccup with getting key locker code but easily resolved. Enjoyed my two night stay here."
