That’s not cool or acceptable No coffee was followed by 2 hour delay at airport You started my day poorly. Don’t blame that girl she was best employee you have. "

"The photos make it seem nicer than it is. The floors smell like toxic cleaning product and there are no amenities or room service. It is a very bare bones hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive but that did not make up for the awful smell, the state of the building (very old - nothing updated). I was given a room by the elevator and it was super loud, I had to sleep with earplugs and the mattress was not firm enough. Overall, I would not stay here again. "
