The location was away from all the craziness of Union Square and Fisherman's Wharf, and yet we had a cable car stop next door. Definitely staying here on my next trio to this beautiful city!"

"The staff was incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful I did not see one person without a smile on their face. Instead of going into Burlingame for dinner, we stayed at the bar due to the fact that Michael was incredibly personable and attentive, he also assured us that the food would be beyond our expectations. I have been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years, he was spot on regarding the quality of the food served. The room was absolutely spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable. I am not a morning person and the fact that breakfast was served until 11 and check out was at noon, was beyond exceeding my expectations! Obviously the cookies made my heart sing and I Absolutely loved that instead of pushing bottled water for sale, you had the water stations!!! This is The Only Place we will stay, not only when flying out of SF, but also when attending Giants and Warriors games! Thank You for all of the attention to detail while at an affordable price!"

"Awesome historical hotel centrally located just steps away from Union Square and Powell St. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Tne rooms comfortable and spacious. The only disadvantage is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or coffee shop. There is a little smell throughout the property. But in general we enjoyed our stay "
