"Great location! We flew into the harbor and walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Spent 2 nights just walking the entire area and taking water taxis to see all the fun things the harbor has to offer. . Such a beautiful area! Only downside…We had an east facing room and it was very warm even with the portable AC unit on. Weather outside was very hot though. Could use a larger AC unit for the room this size. Room was large with a full kitchen! That was unexpected. Such a great boutique hotel! Cost was a bit lower than other harbour hotels and the restaurant/bar were great. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. Some of the reasons we came back were the spacious rooms (we stayed in the suite), the full kitchen and living room, outdoor pool and hot tub, breakfast buffet, laundry and how close it is to everything we wanted to see. You can walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, inner harbour, Beacon Hill Park, Parliament, etc. The only things we didn’t like were that there was no AC (thankfully our room had a few fans and we opened the windows) and the breakfast was quite limited."
