  • Nice place to shop. It was bigger than I thought it would be. There's about 4 floors of stores and a fitness center (goodlife). Restaurants are on the top floor and holds a lot of known brands. The mall was completely decked out with lights from head to toe. It was stunning!

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and when our flight was delayed they let us stay late and helped us get a taxi to the airport. Excellent location within walking distance to China Town, take out food, dining and shopping. Great place to stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria!

Very clean, easy check in, everything was great. One mote is its loud at night, understandable given it is down town. Didnt yhink about that when booking, however the location was fantastic for being in the center of everything you want to see. Very walkable and all around fantastic hotel. Old, but well kept!

Location is excellent, staff are friendly and prompt. We had a jr King suite but although it had a coffee maker/fridge/microwave it did not have any cutlery. Would also like to see better quality toilet paper. Or better yet bedets. I would recommend and stay again
