"A few room updates would be nice to have. 1) change the clock or lamp in bedroom to accommodate cell phone charging. 2) Update TVs so guests can log into their Netflix accounts. Everything else was great."

"honestly felt disappointed for the price we paid. The building felt quite old and outdated, and the room view was not what we expected. There was a large roof directly in front of our room that blocked most of the garden view, which was frustrating since the view was one of the reasons we booked. Overall, the experience did not match the high cost of the stay."

"We have stayed at the Pinnacle many times, always had a good experience. I love how each room has a massive soaker tub for two, and kitchenette! It’s in a good location, annd easy to walk to most shops and restaurants. Our room had a queen size bed, and the mattress was absolutely terrible. There was a spring digging into my back for four nights straight. I did mention this to the front desk, but they didn’t seem too concerned, which was frustrating for me. Overall the rooms are decent, the decor is quite dated but it’s clean, great location, and offers kitchenettes. Bring a mattress pad (kidding but I almost bought one) or make sure to let them know right away that your mattress sucks "

"We stayed in the attached building to the main hotel. The internet was poor, the room was dated and there was not enough lighting. Also, our view faced out to a concrete roof."

"The hotel is conveniently located to the cruise terminal and the metro. The room we had was comfortable but a bit worn ( they are redoing many of the floors and it would have been nice to have been warned about the construction noise). The onsite restaurant is excellent (long cod fish and chips are great!) and they gave us two $15 vouchers toward lunch. Over all a great stay prior to our cruise departure."
