We purchased a private shuttle (separate from hotel) to and from the airport. When it didn’t arrive the hotel coordinated a taxi (paid) and dealt with the shuttle service. Just another example of how great they were!"

"This property exceeded my expectations. Family friendly hotel they have activities all throughout the day for littles and adults. The rooms are well maintained the only complain is I wish the beds were a bit bigger a little outdated. Other than that we had a great time and will definitely go back. "

"We had a great experience at this hotel! My favorite dinner spot was the Brazilian steakhouse absolutely amazing. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that. Fernanda was wonderful so kind and caring with our daughter, who loved spending time there. This gave my husband and me some much-needed alone time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!"
