This place is HUGE and ideal for kids and families. The Buffet is amazing and there are many choices for meals. The staff is incredible at catering to your needs. Excellent kids club and fitness for adults too. Love the yoga on the beach.

Everything was amazing. From staff, to room, pools and food. Breakfast buffet had so many options and also lunch and dinner had many options at different restaurants and there are also many activities you can join. Great place and we highly recommend it!!

Staff was fabulous. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend the Kids Club - kids loved it and they communicate via WhatsApp if anything unplanned happens. Restaurants were beautiful and the food was very good, very fresh and good sized servings.

The pool areas were great Francisco help us at the Infiniti pool and was SUPER attentive. The rooms were super spacious especially if you have kids. If I’m being picky the bed was super uncomfortable it was sunken in. Overall, great experience great service. Would recommend 10/10.

Had a great experience overall and really liked the room amenities. Only downside was the A/C had some issues, which was a little surprising, woke up in the middle of the night because of it. Hopefully that’s something that can be fixed in the future and bugs inside the room.
