"A nice motel on the Lake. I was in a Lake view room which was definitely worth the extra amount for the view. Very strong cleaning smell at check in - I needed to leave windows open and fan on to clear the smell. It was a bit noisy with a large family group with children that took over the back lawn. Children started yelling while playing outside at 8:00 am and adults were drinking outside until 11 pm, even though quiet hours were posted as 10 pm. Would have been helpful to have a channel...

"Beautiful property, clean, parking close to guest rooms, quiet (except upstairs at night), food available and adequate. We tried to make a reservation at 10:00 a.m., and were told you started serving brunch at 10, but we couldn't reserve. The next day we learned that brunch began at 9:00, which suited us better. It was pretty good, but lacked service (such as refilling coffee). "

"The property was what I expected, for the price. I wanted a walkable place to a friends in the area. It was quiet and I slept well. That's what I wanted a place to crash with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and responsive."

"I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!"

"My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!"
