Room was on the smaller side. The room was tended to regularly. But our room had a persistent smell of BO that really hit us when we walked through the door. Not sure if that was a smell that lingered from cleaner who cleaned the room before we came in or a smell that got stuck from a previous guest. Facilities weren’t obvious (laundry etc) and we didn’t use them here. Staff were very attentive, helpful, and half spoke English. Location above Umeda/Osaka station was very convenient. The hotel was well sign posted.

We had a wonder stay at Hotel Granvia. The property is located in Osaka Station which makes travel to anywhere so convenient. There are tons of food options and a huge mall all connected to the hotel/station. The staff was exceptional - we had an issue with our luggage forwarding service and they jumped in right away and did everything they could to get the issue resolved. The room was clean and quite spacious - we did get one of the premium rooms, so I can't speak to the size of any other rooms. We will absolutely stay here again!

The room was a little dated. The room was clean. It had the bare amenities. One of the best items was their massage service. The massage is shiatsu , the massage therapist was one of the best shiatsu massage persons that I've had. This hotel is convenient to the subway system , there is shopping nearby.
