"The property was great. The pools were huge with a large area for swim up bars and there was not a long wait for drinks at all. The staff was helpful, kind, and attentive. The food was great at the restaurants too. The only negatives I would say are that there is no option for room service from the restaurants at all so if you want a late night snack you have to anticipate it. The other negative I would say is that the resort credit was misleading. I thought my husband and I had $730 credit for services but you only got them as partial credits on services. ($10 off here or $15 off there) You weren’t able to combine which was frustrating so we didn’t use them at all. I think I would go back and stay with our family too. It was very family friendly but also had options for adults to do things separately as well "

Loved the adult pool with swim up bar! The rooms were clean as well as the entire property! Everything was well maintained. Will certainly return and will recommend to family and friends! "

"WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT! We went here for our honeymoon and we would recommend this resort for everyone! The food was amazing ( we did not have any dish that was not good, everything was very fresh and delicious) , rooms-amazing, and most importantly the service wow'ed us. We have never been treated so well at a resort. We have zero complains about this resort. Its in such an amazing location. Around Cabo you cant really swim in the ocean but in this resort they have a little lagoon, where you get to swim in the ocean on good days, which was such a plus. We wanted to give some shoutouts to certain people that made our trip 11/10! Carlos, Omar, Axbal, Jesus- THE BEST SERVERS, so kind and took care of you! Juventino- BEST CONCEIRGE (we did not have to do anything, he even booked us dinners and arranged everything for us without asking) This resort is 100% a 5 star resort, would recommend to everyone."

"This resort was absolutely beautiful and incredible. If you’re going for a romantic or adults only getaway, I would highly recommend this resort. It’s definitely not a party place, but great food and live music. Their spa is incredible and includes a hydrotherapy journey which is super unique. Again the food was absolutely amazing. I’ll also add that the staff, specifically the butlers make your stay incredible. Major shoutout to Andres, Rigoberto, and Francisco of the 2nd floor butler team on our wing. Words cannot describe how much they went out of their way to give us an incredible experience. Any food, drink, snacks, reservations, and conveniences we needed; they provided it. The only “catch” I’ll say is that the resort credits in my opinion are a little bit of a waste. If that is your deciding factor, maybe don’t let it be. "
