Lovely room and views
Fabulous views, lovely rooms and friendly staff, excellent food and close proximity to beach. Our stay was a little disrupted by workmen doing maintenence work, which we were warned of on arrival but still meant the lovely breakfast views we had booked for were not available. Walls were thin so could hear arguments into the early hours.

Amazing hotel , some mould on ceiling above shower but shower had amazing pressure Cleaners left my door unlocked after cleaning which I was a bit disappointed by

Lovely view, meals were good but like many old English properties getting up the stairs with large suit cases was a struggle (we are a bit older & travelling from Australia). Really loved it, the staff were friendly & helpful. Convenient to beach & Torre Abbey.

A really clean and friendly hotel. Excellent facilities and wonderful sea views. Great location a minute from the beach and promenade. Very friendly helpful staff. I recommend this hotel we had a lovely stay.

Nice property and good location. But the room we stayed in 4 was poor. Dirty carpet, missing lights, two hangers, old decor. Very noisy from footsteps next floor up early morning. Unsupervised breakfast

It's a cheap hotel but I wouldn't go back there again. Misery, the shower so small and uncomfortable. Poor breakfast, in a small place for so many people. Ready to be flooded from another floor. Not recommend to be honest.

Very close to the beachfront, with plenty of parking for visitors. Plenty of options for food nearby and still nice and quiet in the room after 10pm.

Great location
Most of the staff were pleasant and welcoming, a couple of them need to smile and acknowledge their guests instead of ignoring them. Food was good , Appbeys the pub section of the hotel is noisy on a weekend. The rooms are adequate unfortunately the beds are 4ft 6" not 5ft so a bit of a squeeze if you're used to a kinsize , no air-conditioning so it gets a bit stuffy and hot, a fridge and a safe would be a good idea, the lift isn't working and we were informed it hasn't been for 3 year's. Photos of the hotel need updating on their website as they don't show a large apartment block covering two thirds of the beach view now, although the hotel is in a great location, carpark gets very busy, so if no room you have to go to the pay & display carpark next to the hotel . Having said this we would go back as we enjoyed our stay there and it was reasonably good value for money.

Really cute place, nice staff, could have been cleaner. Sheets were clean, but if you look with close eye, teapot could have used a wash, corners and nooks and crannies not sparkling. I would stay there again. Loved the view and the bed was comfortable.

disappointing and non existent facilities
was very disappointed that the sauna is now a storage cupboard, the jacuzzi hasn't had water in it for 10 years, there is no gym. the very small pool was only available for use 2 hours a day - one hour in morning during breakfast time and one hour in evening. there was a charge as well, but when we advised our dissatisfaction there was no mention of being charged. no view in the room, just outlooks onto the road, in the room there was dirty towels, cups and spoons. location and staff were good, although obviously they were new and still learning the ropes. breakfast was ok, but I'm used to a lot more choice and there was not a piece of fruit to be seen. car park was always brimming full

We are sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfactory, unfortunately the sauna, gym and jacuzzi have not been in action since covid and we no longer advertise that we have these facilities. Good location. Staff helpful. No chef except for breakfast. This was very inconvenient. Had to book breakfast times in advance. Didn't use the pool as times were very limited. Lift not working. Requested room close to elderly parent but were on different floors. We chose this hotel for the location but also the pool and the restaurant, feel very let down. Was quite stressful having to eat out every lunchtime and evening, especially as our mother has limited mobility.

The room had no A/C, was over top of the bar. Was very loud, old and not clean. Staff were not helpful. They charged guests to use the pool. We checked out 2 days early and stayed at another hotel.

Nice staff, poor room.
Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful but the room itself wasn't great. It was immediately onto the car park, the entire front wall was windows so it was incredibly hot (not even with a nice view) and had no way to open a window other than the front door onto the carpark... this resulted in a very poor night's sleep.

Great location the hotel was clean staff very helpful. Room was compact and breakfast was good. The menu for breakfast was something we hadn't come across before not a fan of it but was nice. Bar was nice was pretty busy but not to lively.

The hospitality is warm, welcoming and everyone at The Heritage Hotel is so helpful. The included breakfast is great. I didn’t get to use the pool because opening hours are fairly restricted. Good location for public transport and restaurants, with a cracking view of the bay to boot. Thank you!
