Room is very spacious and comfortable. Foyer is a nice place to relax. Staff are very friendly. Three overflowing garbage bins at the front door was a bit off putting though.

Close to metro, easy to get to from the airport and main station.

I love this hotel because it is always centrally located for my needs, and I now feel at home whenever I stay here. The property is very convenient, as I work just a 10-minute walk away. It is also close to the metro, making it easy to access everything Madrid has to offer. I enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty of options and lots of fresh produce. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean, nice apartments Slightly lacking in kitchen facilites

It was a clean and comfortable hotel. I only stayed one night on my way to Bilbao. The breakfast was very good. The price of the room was probably a little expensive for what it was.

A great location for the stadium and easy 15mins to the centre of town by taxi. Staff super helpful and friendly. There is no lift but the staff helped us with our luggage to the second floor. Simple room but works well especially if you're out and about all day. Great kebab shop a quick minute walk away, great prices.

The room was tidy, the hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were helpful. I particularly liked the 7€ buffet breakfast. This hotel was good for an extended stay because there was a Dia supermarket across the road and two self-service laundromats within walking distance. The hotel was also a short walk to Valdeacederas metro station, so it was easy to get to Gran Via and Sol on metro line 1.
