"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "

"Staff were very nice and the hotel itself very close to the metro so it was super easy to travel to the city. However, you could hear when other room close their door during the night which bothered my sleep. Apart from that, it was a great hotel and trip!"

"This is the hotel to stay at if you're taking a connecting train from Chamartin. Having a link directly from the airport, staying here and going in the morning is super convenient. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, and the overall conditions of it were great. Will definitely comeback."

"The air conditioning stopped working after a couple hours, however it was not a problem since it was relatively cool out. There were multiple hairs that were not ours in the bathroom. Only stayed one night, so we did not ask to move rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location next to metro and bus stops. "
