"The person at the customer service when we checked in. He checked us early probably knowing that we were very tired and sleepy after a long flight. Most of all he personally came to inform us in the lobby when the room was ready. He also helped us get a taxi. God bless him."

"Sometimes average is okay. Only hostel I could find at short notice/reasonable price. The bed was comfortable. No lockers but you can leave your luggage in the office. 24h Kitchen. Close to everything including cinema 24h supermarket food."

"The check in was confusing because the listed address was different than the check in location. Instructions posted on the door were written in confusing English but after 10 minutes I grabbed a clue and found the office. Excellent location. There a dozens of food shops and two supermarkets close by. The Cuatro Caminos metro station is less than 5 mins walk and bus stop for #3 Route is about 200m away and will take you to the city center. Be advised there is no elevator and the rooms are...

"I like the location of this place that it is close to most attractions in Madrid including the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, but the Room space is very tiny, I don’t like bunk beds Bec can’t sleep with my husband, very noisy at night bec of the bars across the street."

"The location of this hostel is great, really central and you can walk everywhere. I did not take part of any activities but they habe organized pub crawl, sangria workshop and more. They have a nice rooftop patio and has happy hours starting at 5pm. I was staying in a 4 bed room w private bathroom, which was all i expected from a hostel. It was clean. The only issue i had was the sound from the street. If i had to stay there again, I'd not stay on the street side (ask for a courtyard room)."

"Great for a weekend stay when you plan to be out and about most of the time. Conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood very easy to access all the touristic hubs. Room is clean bathroom is clean beds were decent. Some toiletries provided. All basic essentials were there. Great value for money. "

"The appartement is very nice, modern, with all the amenities needed for a long stay. Great location walling distance to plaza del sol, shops, restaurants, bars, metro. The only thing is that the area is to busy and the windows are not soundproof and is hard to sleep with all the noise."
