The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. And the location was lovely and quiet, not too far from the metro and close to Real Madrid’s stadium, where we were visiting. We loved our time in Madrid!

Hotel Luze Castellana was great! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a more residential area but within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and many great restaurants. It’s about a 20-30 minute ride from the city center which isn’t bad at all. I was there for 4 days and never had an issue and the breakfast is top notch! Highly recommend!

todo muy bien la habitación excelente la zona muy recomendable el personal muy atento. lo negativo fue que nos tuvimos que cambiar en un baño ya que al llegar aun no estaba lista la habitación y teníamos prisa por salir , por suerte lo solucionaron rápido y pudimos dejar nuestras cosas antes de irnos al concierto.

The hotel is very nice. We especially liked the daily changing flavored water at reception. The staff was very friendly, and the refrigerator in the hotel room was very convenient. The pool area is also very nice, and the breakfast is well-balanced and good.

受付やダイニング等ふくめ、スタッフが親切に安定したサービスを提供してくれる。シャワーが広くて洗面台やトイレのあるスペースが水浸しにならず快適。冷蔵庫があり、コンセントも使いやすい。ひとつ難点を挙げると、掛け布団は（暑い時期は使用が前提でないようで）クローゼットの中に袋に入れて置いてあるのだが、カバーはなしで、広げてみると長さ等の異なる何人分かの髪の毛が付着しており、使い回しのようだったので使用がためらわれた（バスタオルを布団の代わりにして寝た）。部屋や施設は基本的に清潔で安心して過ごせるが、この点のみ改善されると有り難い。

Wonderful hotel in a lovely area. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. On a quite side street in a very safe neighborhood. Metro is a 5 minute walk. Staff wonderful, hotel very clean. Excellent breakfast.
