Disappointed
"Very nice hotel and clean. Very disappointed that canal boat restaurant is no longer in use which is one of the reasons we booked this stay. Breakfast on 1st morning took about 10mins to replenish empty beans dish. No variation on menu's same every day."

"Always a good choice if you’re visiting Chester! Location is excellent if you need to be in the city centre, even direct access from the multi storey carpark. Truly is a lovely hotel, not the cheapest - but if you want to spoil yourselves go for it!"
