"Jason and Amber’s condo exceeded our expectations. The corner unit with windows on three sides allowed each room to fill with natural light with the curtains and blinds open. The comfortable furnishings, modern appliances, supply of beach equipment/towels, and calming interior made it an enjoyable destination all its own on our trip. The condo was also spotlessly clean.The building is right on a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water. There’s easy parking, a nice pool, pleasant and knowledgeable neighbors, and close grocery and restaurant options. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the condo each morning, evening cocktails on the balcony watching the sunset, and many strolls down the beach. We even saw a full rainbow with lightening adjacent and a lunar eclipse during our four days.The hosts were top notch. Incredibly communicative, informative, and caring that our time in their special space was as good as it could possibly be. It was everything we were looking for and more for our time on Sunset Beach. Thank you Jason & Amber!"

"The place was beautiful. So clean. Steps away from the beach. My only critic would be it's advertised as having a balcony and that's why I booked it. What they are calling a balcony is the walk way to your room, which everyone walks down. You can put chairs there but have to bring them every night and stand up and move them if you are sitting in them when someone wants to get by"

"Location, proximity to the beach and the view was excellent. Communication with Resort Rentals was very good, everyone we spoke to was pleasant, very helpful & responsive. The main reason I can’t give high reviews on the property is due to a few things that could be easily remedied. The instructions for the door lock were more than putting in a code & the door locks were loose & heavily salt damaged so it took a few times to figure out the “trick” to getting the door open. The outside(steps, deck and exterior of the house) needs some tlc. It serves its purpose but doesn’t look very nice. When we arrived, one of the beds was broken & when I called they said they knew about that but thought maintenance fixed it. Maintenance came back right away and said it will be okay we’ll fix it after you leave. One of our group chose to sleep on the sofa instead of chancing sleeping on a broken bed frame and having it collapse under her during the night. Again these things could be easily fixed & this little cutie barn shaped house would be great! The only other thing was there are no beach chairs provided, only two janky umbrellas & a beach mat for a house that “sleeps 10”. We had to scramble around and find a local service to get chairs and umbrellas for our group of 5. So again, based on what we paid for a 3 night stay I can’t give a five star rating. I hope they fix these issues because it’s got great potential!"
