"Overall nice property. We got there on a busy spring break time. So i think it was a bit too much for them to handle. Seemed like they were understaffed and short handed… Long lines at check in ,no information and nobody to ask … Not great for 4 star hotel… Pool situation was even worse- Way too small for the amount of people and on top of that main infinity pool was closed for no reason and nobody could explain why … Breakfast options very limited , So this hotel definitely not worth 4 star hotel "

They charged my entire $100 security deposit for a used charging block that you can buy brand new for less than $5. The staff was rude to me when I called to find out about my deposit. I will never, I say again never stay with with Hilton Hotels again and I will not use hotels.com again"
