"Did not like airport shuttle policy. Hotel will not pick up but only drop off. And, shuttle does not operate until 7 am. "

"Hotel was very clean and the young lady at the front desk (Gina) was amazing and very accommodating. As a disabled man she made sure I was comfortable and stable. You don’t find too many people with empathy anymore. "
