"Normally I absolutely love everything about this hotel. Our kiosk check-in didn't work, not even with a representative's assistance and he had to take us to the counter and manually complete it himself. The check-in area was mobbed and pretty crazy. This time, my room had a bunch of feces and toilet paper in the toilet that had been there for a while. When I flushed the toilet, it broke it all up and swirled around and made the entire room smell of the waste. It was absolutely disgusting. So naturally, at this point, I wondered just how much of my room was cleaned prior to my arrival since the toilet obviously wasn't. Last, our bathroom sink was plugged with standing water every time we used it. We attempted to call about the toilet and sink, but nobody answered the phone. I thought about looking to speak with someone in person, but when you check in at 5:30pm and you only have an evening to enjoy Vegas, you don't spend it dealing with a room situation."
