"New pool construction very noisy at smallpox that is open. Hot tub small and filthy. Complicated self check in and keycard production. Hotel ha gone to the dogs."

"Decent stay for the price. Parts, especially the room, seemed outdated. Room had some minor cleanliness issues. Decent restaurants available, Havana was great. No real nice semi-elevated bar area. Nice “family pool” and large adult pool. The adult pool party gets crowded (spring break-like atmosphere) if you’re into it. Expensive to rent daybeds, couches, etc. and drinks were expensive. Location to other big name hotels was great and there’s a bar restaurant area between hotel and Linq next door called the Promenade that had lots of bars and restaurants and went straight down the Ferris Wheel. Overall had a great stay for the price."

"We came in at 2am, there were no clean rooms so we had to move to a different hotel for the night. We didn’t get to the new hotel until after 3am and had to “check out” by 11am to go back to the original hotel. The bed at the Planet Hollywood was very hard. The staff did their best to make it right but the whole process was disappointing."

"There is little to no customer service. You check in with a computer kiosk. If you call or approach staff, they are rude, inattentive and sloppy or they do not speak clear English. The place is clean, but the elevators are crowded and confusing. The food is extremely expensive! Even water is over $4.00 in some of the stores. The clerks and bar tenders are aloof. The staff in the buffet are very accommodating, but it was $30.00 a person to eat and it closes way too early. My double queen room did NOT have a fridge, microwave or coffee maker. It was extremely basic and overpriced. "
