"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

The bedrooms have been partially renovated but there is much to be done and there is a need for a deep clean and a repair and repaint of the rooms. "I have stayed in countless hotels over the years but The Sir Christopher Wren has to be one of the best . The location was perfect, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and the food both at breakfast and for evening meals was top quality. I can`t find a single thing I wasn`t happy with.
