"Staff lovely and friendly rooms are clean but could do with a little modernising "

"The most terrible hotel experience! We booked at Moxy Hotel in Slough and we arrived to the hotel, and told us that they are fully booked! We asked how is that even possible? The worst part was that there was another couple who also booked and were told they don’t have a room, despite they pre booked the room. When you are this greedy for bookings and expect people not to attend their stay is ridiculous. They told us to drive 10 min to another hotel middle in the night to get a night there. They wouldn’t even want to refund us for the original booking! "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, bar and food area were great. Only thing that let it down were conditions of the bedroom, heating stuck on 29c so we had to open windows, mattress was lumpy. "

"Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing. The hotel and rooms are a little tired in places but for the price, cleanliness and staff it’s one of my favourite places to stay in the area"

"Lovely place with kitchenette and a dining area, which is useful for heating up leftovers when we have stayed more than one night. Conveniently located in Slough, with great food options and a short drive from Legoland. Residence Inn has been out go-to place when we visit Legoland given it's location convenience and overall cleanliness. "
