"It was me and my son’s first holiday/ trip away together to visit Legoland. The staff were so helpful and accommodating to me and my son. Whether it was booking us a taxi to go to Legoland , giving us an umbrella to borrow heading into town or even getting the room ready quicker when we arrived before check in time. Staff very kind and helpful! Much appreciated!"

"Beware! Hotel is under construction. Glorified youth hostel small everything room,bathroom etc. Never told hotel was under construction. Felt ripped off for the price."

"We had a great experience at this Hotel. We especially appreciated Mohamad, he helped us with our bags on arrival and again on our departure. We were in Rm 25, and at our age (76 & 84)it was a challenge getting up and down the stairs and would have been impossible with our bags. He was so pleasant through out. The breakfast provided was wonderful & all service excellent! The Ladies at the front desk also were very helpful and pleasant! Thank you for a great experience!"

"Beware of hotels that book large conference groups. There were two large groups, one that partied outside our window until midnight. We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. The receptionist was more interested in checking out the split ends in her hair than she was in trying to accommodate us with new rooms. When they finally did give us rooms, we had to haul five suitcases, a car seat, a two year old and my Mom in her walker by ourselves. Disgraceful. "

"If you would like to save some money, and want to stay in a historic building, this is the way to go. Everybody was really nice, there was a free hot breakfast that was to order. The rooms were simple and comfortable."
