The bathroom requires lighting that allows women to apply makeup. ie soft frontal light in addition to the bright downward light. The current light is functional but you can't see your face to apply makeup. Very important to a lady getting ready for work or an night out. "

"I had booked for 2 adults and 3 teenage children but when we arrived we found that there were only beds for 4 of us so one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. There had been some extra bedding left in a wardrobe but it looked like it had already been used. There was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 5 of us. I asked for more towels but none were brought to us. There was no plug for the bath. There were only 2 dinner plates and 2 side plates. Overall not a good experience. Luckily we were only using it as a place to sleep so we could spend the day in London. "
