"Staff were excellent in all areas. Great dinner in the evening, but unfortunately breakfast was poor as food had not been freshly cooked as was only warm. "
"We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that. "
"Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available. "
"Great location, nice quiet room with all facilities we needed. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were always available. Free fruit in reception as well. Would definitely stay again."

Excellent
St Leonards is my old home town, ive not visited much in 30 something years. It was nice to revisit old haunts and to soak up a bit of the bohemian vibe that the place has, especially Kings Road and the seafront.

Good
Hastings is livelier but St Leonard's is quieter and offers free parking.

"Staff friendly the two lads on the blue bar absolutely spot on 👌reception team very polite and welcoming
The badish points are the bathroom needed attention sloping floor and just really tired decor
Apart from that we had a lovely time thank you 🙏 "
"Fantastic stay. Everyone there was friendly, accommodating, and had great suggestions for things to do around town and great places for dinner. Couldn't of had a better time. Will highly recommend to anyone coming to Hastings. "
"🌟 A Truly Majestic Experience in Eastbourne 🌟
From the moment I arrived at The Majestic Hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. The elegant yet homely atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful stay, and every staff member exuded warmth and professionalism.
🏩 My newly refurbished room offered a breathtaking sea view—fresh, serene, and spotless. The hotel provides a range of beautifully presented rooms to suit all preferences.
🍽️ Mealtimes were a treat! Every dish was full of flavour, made with care, and served with genuine smiles.
🍸 The lounge and bar area are perfect for relaxing, and the patio out front is ideal for soaking in the sea breeze with a drink in hand.
🎶 Light entertainment on Wednesdays and Fridays adds to the magic—fun, lively, and utterly enjoyable.
💫 Special thanks to the lovely receptionist, the charming bartender, and the outstanding manager—the heartbeat of the hotel.
👨🍳 Tip: Ask about the beef lasagne—comforting, delicious, and reminiscent of my mum’s homemade version.
🙏 To the entire team: thank you for an unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back!
