"I love this hotel. Friendly and feels safe. Only down side this time was my toilet and shower was across the hall, through some doors and at the bottom of the stairs. I was provided with a robe and it really wasn't as much of an issue as I first imagined. "

"We have stayed at this hotel over half a dozen times and have always found it comfortable and clean. We always request a low floor room and when we first booked about 3 years ago the hotel always allocated this. The last two times we have been allocated higher floors, when asked only to be told, we are fully booked. We always book months in advance and why our request isn’t taken into consideration, I don’t know. We pay for a premium room and with better planning I am sure our request could be made."
