"We didn’t stay! Didn’t feel safe at all. There was a drunk loitering in reception, the room was freezing cold and the lock not at all substantial. My daughter burst into tears when we got into the room. This hotel is probably suitable for workers looking for dogs but definitely not somewhere for women to stay alone. "
