"There was an issue with our sink as soon as we arrived, the water would not go down. Also, we noticed some mold in the shower area. The bedroom area was perfectly fine."

"Only got one bath towel for two people. There was a day were the room was not serviced. $15 dollars for parking was a ripoff when there is a free public lot next door. "

"This was a wonderful stay! Rob is super helpful, responsive and accommodating! This place has everything you need and so so so nice to start with a few essentials that they share what they have! We have stayed in a lot of beach rentals in Florida and this by far is at the top of list. Only downfall is no close grills but very minor and there is a charcoal grill on the property!2 pools and 5 hot tubs nearby and beautiful ocean!"

"Checked in went to the room to find it smelled of mold and mildew, there were stains all over the comforter in one room and the other had holes burnt in the blanket. Sheets and towels were dingy yellow room just appeared to be unclean and unkept. The shared balcony door did not lock and was difficult to open. There was no climate control. Went straight down to the office to notify them they got angry telling us nothing was wrong with the room. I tried to check out so we wasn’t charged for the rest of our stay they refused to check us out or give anything showing we wasn’t staying. Very disappointed with the entire situation. Do not waste your time or money at this place. 3 other families were experiencing the same thing in the hour we were in the lobby trying to resolve similar situation. "
