Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and Casa sw Sueños did not disappoint. It was a truly wonderful experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The location is excellent, you are close to everything but far enough to be a serene stay. One of the highlights was sitting down to breakfast with other guests — it was such a unique and enjoyable way to start the day. Hearing everyone’s stories and sharing experiences added a personal touch that made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Casa de Sueños to anyone looking for something a bit more special than a standard hotel.

Beautiful B&B with very thoughtful amenities to make for a great stay. Perfect location walkable to all of the dining and shipping you can handle. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful making for a memorable stay!

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the staff, food and room. The beds were the best, the bathroom was clean and everything we needed was at the tip of our fingers. We would not look for anywhere else in St. Augustine.

We only stayed here for one night, unfortunately, but we loved the time that we spent. The property is in a great location, and they provide so many nice features and extras that it really made for a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, you are given a nice, freshly baked dessert item to welcome you. They have a sort of meet-and-greet happy hour each day, where they serve some drinks and hors d'ourves, and you can mingle with the other guests. We actually enjoyed talking to some of the other people there. Our room was lovely and nicely furnished. Some of the rooms have a balcony (ours happened to) and they were cool about letting me smoke a cigar out there, as long as I did not smoke in the actual room. Breakfast the next morning was great. They do a rotating menu for breakfast, so that you don't eat the same thing over and over if you stay there for multiple days. We really felt welcomed here, and we regretted that our schedule, and the availability of rooms, only permitted us a single night here. We would definitely return for a longer stay.

Casa de Suenos was beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious and cocktail hour and desserts were very good. The area was quiet but close to the bay and historic area, all within walking distance. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. We will definitely return.

Great Bed & Breakfast near St George

We were so pleased with our stay at Casa De Suenos. The staff couldn't have been more hospitable and we were very impressed with the breakfast and happy hour and after dinner desert offerings. Plus we came away with new friends! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Casa de Suenos was great. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large walk in shower. The location was perfect, other than having to use the car to visit the beach area we walked every where averaging about 6 miles a day. Breakfast every morning was freshly prepared. Coffee and tea station open 24 hours. Highly recommend Casa de Suenos.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It is a quaint and homey place. Lots of nice amenities and extras. The happy hour, the nightly desserts, discounts on tours, water and coffee…. The room was so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here!

We were greeted by Kelly and immediately felt welcome. She showed us all our amenities and our room which was clean and comfortable. A box with a delicious dessert was left for us as well:) We had traveled a long distance so the jet tub was perfect!

Wonderful B&B downtown in the old city. Check-in was a breeze, the Valencia room was a wonderful, king bed, large bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi and a large balcony. Barbera was a wonderful host and happily adjusted the breakfast menu to accommodate dietary restrictions. Parking was on site and included. We didn't move it for our entire 4 day stay - we easily walked the city and visited all the nearby sites.

Room small but comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good location. Disappointed with balcony. Booked for birthday and wanted to sit on balcony in evening with birthday drinks etc however balcony more like a window ledge. Should make that clear on booking information

The property is downtown Historic district, which was nice, but the cost was $$$$$ for this tiny matchbox room with hollow core doors and hallway lights shining in around the door edges into our room at night. Had TV on volume 7 or 8 and next-door room occupant told us to turn it down. The bed was the best thing about our stay. I would look elsewhere. Sorry not worth the $$$$.
