"Customer service truly went above and beyond!! We had a minor issue with one of our rooms that I honestly did not expect anything in return for. Customer service took care of our parking fee, gave us a huge discounted rate for meals, and even a little something to purchase anything we may need at their market. Not what I expected at all. Throughout the process they could not have been any nicer and professional."

"We needed a place to stay in town for one night. For the price, this place was going to do the trick. When we got there, the lobby was very clean and bright and woman who checked us in was friendly and quickly got us checked in. When we got to our room it was very clean and the room was cool and smelled fresh. The included breakfast looked good although we were on the run and didn’t have time to eat there. We will definitely be booking Comfort Suites again. "
