"The staff was awesome! Beverly was fun to talk with and very helpful. Silese, Nick, Julio, German, Yari and Isac were also awesome! The added touches like cookies and popcorn at 5pm gave us a warm welcoming feeling! The extra little surprises like the sunblock dispenser on our bathroom wall were great! I will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. "

"The staff was super accommodating. Let me have an early check in from an overnight auto train ride from Virginia and a late check out to spend more time with my fiancé who is stationed at NAS JAX. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"The house is exactly as described. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stop and relax. The owner and I spoke and she was cordial, friendly and supportive. This is a very good place for a couple or two to rest and walk to the beach. Nice restaurant and pier nearby as well as a good Publix."

"What a great property to stay at. We will certainly be coming back again. Staff was fantastic. We had breakfast and coffee on our balcony each morning overlooking the beach/ocean. Beach was never too busy and many places are walkable as well. 5 stars!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The home was adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home had lots of thoughtful touches with plenty of supplies. The welcome basket and personalized welcome sign was generous and added to the excitement. The upstairs loft made my kids feel like they were grown having their own spacious area with separate beds and their own bathroom. I especially loved the skylight in the bathroom and the quaint little back porch area. The neighbors were kind and the area was safe and quiet. The overall location was perfect because it was close to the beach and not far from all of the attractions of St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay very much. "My family of 4 which includes 2 year old and 3 year old boys spent Thursday to Monday at the rental at Vilano beach. David was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Before the trip, we had planned to take the short drive to Saint Augustine. However, we never made the drive because we had so much fun at the beach, Vilano, and the house. The beach in front of the house is on an inlet. It had a huge tidal pool that was perfect for the boys. The house has a small pool that is perfect after washing off the sand from the beach. Although we didn’t visit Saint Augustine, we could see the lighthouse, fort, and historic buildings from the property. The house is very nice with great views. It was big for a family a 4. It could have easily fit 2 more families. There aren’t many choices for restaurants in Vilano, but we liked the retro, small beach town feel. We highly recommend the trip. Thank you David."
