"This place somehow managed to top our first stay! Returning for our second year felt like coming home, especially with the sweet welcome note, delicious local coffee sample, and complimentary offers for nearby shops waiting for us. The house itself is immaculate, with a kitchen balcony that serves up stunning ocean views. Speaking of the kitchen, it is unbelievably well-stocked—not just with pots, pans, and tools, but thoughtful extras like Tupperware and plastic wrap. The owners truly have thought of everything and more: suitcase stands, extra fans, books, games, and a full suite of beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon for the super short walk to the sand). The outdoor space is top-tier with a great grilling area, pool, and hot tub (our family made daily use of the provided pool floats and balls!). Having comfy, separate living areas both off the kitchen and on the bottom floor gave everyone plenty of room to relax. We love this home and can’t wait to make it three years in a row next year!"

"We had such a wonderful time here! Thé private walkway to the beach was huge for us. We have 3 kids so it was wonderful to be able to let them just run back and grab whatever they left at the house without having to worry about safety concerns. Thé house was very comfortable. We didn’t realize that it was a pet friendly space, so there was pet hair on bed, pillows, things like that….thats on me for not realizing. That didn’t change our stay at all though. It was great and we hope to come back again!"

"The location is amazing! The apartment was steps away from the beach and had beautiful beach views. Located about 15 min drive from downtown St. Augustine so still close to shopping and restaurants.There were two parking passes included with the rental. Beach supplies were also included which is a nice plus. A fully stocked kitchen and great beach theme decor were in the apartment. The host provided detailed instructions for check-in, amenities, and how to check out. The only reason I rated the rental 4 stars was a cleanliness issue. Some of the hand towels had a mildew smell like they had been left in the washing machine too long before being dried. In addition, there were stains on one of the towels and two of the three beds; one of the beds also had hair in it. Due to the stains we went to a store to buy towels and sheets. To be fair, I didn't contact the host because I felt more comfortable handling the issue on my own and there wasn't much the host could do to quickly rectify the situation.Other than the issue above the property was amazing."
