"My family and I stay here for 1 week and it was fantastic. The condo was the best stocked place I have ever stayed in. They literally thought of everything. It was very clean and the bed slept great. My 2 children slept on the pull out with no complaints. I loved that it was on the ground floor and we could step right out the sliding glass doors to the pool or beach. The walk to the beach was short and it never felt crowded. The complex is small, which we love! We definitely found our place and will be back!!"

"We stayed here 2 years ago and were happy to be able to book it again this year. The location is great. The beach isn't very crowded in this area. The house is comfortable. Having the living room and the sunroom provides a lot of seating. The garage has a lot of the things you need for the beach. If you are staying for a week, I recommend taking a few trash bags and a couple of rolls of toilet paper from home. There was enough of everything else we needed. I did use dryer sheets I brought, but there were enough pods to do several loads of laundry and run the dishwasher a few times. Publix and Winn Dixie are less than 10 minutes away. Drive into St. Augustine historic district is about 20 minutes. We will definitely book here again if we return to St. Augustine."

House set up was nice with two kitchens, plenty of lounging space, tv’s nice, huge kitchen island upstairs. Nice pool. I’d give it 4.5 stars. A few very minor things with some of the property being a little aged but I would absolutely love to stay there again!"
