"Apartment was exactly as pictured and described and our host Javier was very helpful, from booking a restaurant for our first night to recommending a beautiful cafe & other places to eat. He was so quick to respond to our messages. As others have mentioned, the floorboards are creaky so if you’re a very light sleeper this could be an issue. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!"

"Our family enjoyed a perfect week at this property. It was plenty spacious for our family of 4, with a well-stocked kitchen. The terrace was bright and felt very private. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, with access to everything you would need. It is an ideal location from which to explore both Russafa and the Old City, and the short walk to both the train station and metro made it easy to get anywhere in Valencia in less than 30 minutes. "Spacious, clean and comfortable penthouse flat with large balcony which gets the sun virtually all day. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing info: VRBO listing states, 'pool/spa with fence around the pool'. Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive...

"The condo is very spacious and the floor plan with bedrooms separated by the main living area provided a lot of privacy for two couples.
