"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

"Pros: Unkomplizierter Check in und out. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Kaution wurde nach dem Urlaub innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurückgezahlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Da etwas außerhalb ist ein Mietauto unbedingt erforderlich, was aber kein Problem für uns war."

"Pros: We very much enjoyed our stay. Jaume was a wonderful host, answering all our questions really quickly. The house has everything you would expect in a second home. Cons: It was not a problem for us, as we are a family with teenagers, however the stairs would be an issue for families with younger children as they are open on one side and it is not possible to stop a small child accessing them. The pool is lovely, though more suitable for older children who can already swim, due to its...
