"Lots of positives ! Enjoyed our trip a lot. The snug room were nicely appointed and quiet on the 3rd floor facing a park. Bathroom was great , lovely shower . On the negatives there is very little . Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Lounge seats in the foyer looked shabby."

Hotel food and bar were first class. We even tried to check in early and our room wasn’t ready but they let us rinse off in the spa area which was amazing after flying all day."

"Very helpful staff, who changed my room to somewhere quieter when I said I was a light sleeper. It was a lovely room. Very near south bank centre- I walked there, and back. It felt safe as I stayed on my own. Amenities available locally. "
