"Room was gorgeous - hotel was really clean, smelt lovely, very spacious. We stayed in a studio with king size bed and double sofa pull out as there was 3 of us. The pull out sofa bed was so surprisingly comfortable! Bathroom was huge and immaculately clean. Divine spa style products in the showers gave it a really luxurious feel. "

"This hotel went above and beyond for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I couldn’t fault the staff at all they were all extremely polite and friendly to me and my daughter. They all greeted you with a smile and were all helpful. I will definitely be returning for my other daughter’s birthday and I will now always stay here when I need to be in London.
