"The hotel room also had a few shortcomings in terms of comfort and housekeeping standards. The room was not fully carpeted, and no slippers were provided, which made it uncomfortable during winter. In addition, during housekeeping, the bed was not properly tidied or made up, which did not meet the expected standard of room service for a hotel of this level. These details affected the overall comfort and impression of the stay."

"Had a great stay at mi-pad and would absolutely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t stay longer was because I had a rental car and parking is difficult in Queenstown. But loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more natural light, and staff were friendly but could be a bit more welcoming."

"We will not hesitate to revisit in the future, perfect location for everything, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, nice restaurant (although only used for breakfast on our departure day as Queenstown has so much to offer!). Only improvement would be to refurbish the outdated bathroom, that said it did the job."
