A 10-minute walk to the famous "Wanaka Tree". You will feel at home instantly with the charming and tasteful furnishings, the large sunny deck is a tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the peaceful evenings of Wanaka, all while taking in the views of Roy's Peak and up to the soaring peak of Mount Aspiring / Tititea.

Nice home a short walk from the centre of Wanaka close to restaurants and shops. Great wood fire to keep you cosy on cold autumn nights. Parking on property. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
