"Excellent hotel in a very romantic and mysterious city in Portugal. The location was perfect — close to all the action, with easy access to the main castles, restaurants and everything we wanted to see. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable and had a lot of character. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and were always available when we needed anything. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A great hotel in an unforgettable city!"
