"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Parking in Sintra is difficult but there was a paid lot close by. The hotel is located in a good central location, right by a bus stop to get to most major parks/palaces. "

"A little confused upon arrival…. Difficult to determine how to access the property. However, provided you follow the instructions provided, someone will open the gate. Parking was secure (and plentiful). We were able to leave our bags early in the morning and went back later to check in…. They even took our bags to our room. Property is perfectly situated… short walk to restaurants, train station and attractions. Staff were amazing, and breakfast was phenomenal."

"AMAZING!!!!! The rooms are beautiful and the view was like a fairytale. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection. The staff are nice and helpful. Close walking to everything, although uphill if that’s a problem. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, was sad I had to leave!!!"
