Rafaela was so helpful and friendly at check in and available to answer any questions. The hotel is perfectly located to old town center and restaurants. Best beds and 2 nights of sleep of our entire 2 week vacation!

Parking issues. Preferably bolt or uber to all destinations once you park at their garage which is down the hill. 10 minutes walk back to hotel. 60-70 steps up. Location is very good. Food n local vibes good. Across queen palace so many tourists around. Over all beautiful experience

The room walls were paper thin. I literally could hear entire conversations my neighbors had. Very annoying at midnight. The room was clean, nothing special, but breakfast was very good. Did the job for one night.

The hotel itself was really nice and well maintained. It looked pretty and the staff was friendly. My issue was my room smelled really bad. Like a mixture of unpleasant body odor and cigarettes. Unfortunately there were no available rooms to switch to. The staff tried to help and provided a spray but it didn’t seem to work. For 3 days the unpleasant odor was there. Sintra was such a beautiful town but everything closes down early and it wasn’t great going back to a smelly room.

There is no parking for all of Sintra. Best to ride a taxi. The hotel is centrally located to walk to most places.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Parking in Sintra is difficult but there was a paid lot close by. The hotel is located in a good central location, right by a bus stop to get to most major parks/palaces.
