"“Wow!” What can we say, we had a wonderful experience in this quaint apartment right in the middle of the Old Historic Unesco Centre. We were met by Miguel on arrival and he assisted us getting to the apartment as no vehicles are allowed in the Historic Centre. Miguel spent a fair amount of time explaining the ins and outs of the apartment and reviewed the many things to see and do in Sintra and surrounding area. "Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially, Theresa. She was a sweetheart! Hotel was very clean and nice and it was great location. "

"Good clean property, nice owners. One advantage is that the owners are on property so there is no issue with late arrival. Would stay again if in the area. The only suggestion I'd have is to give better instructions on driving to the property, google takes you to a slightly off location. "

"My room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and kind (Sandro helped me get my luggage to my room and to car) and moved my daughter's family to a 2 level room with a kitchenette for my grandson. Grandson loved playing in the indoor pool. Only negative was breakfast food choices on line not really what Americans tend to choose, but nice presentation. And coffee machines never fill the cups, need to do twice. But really, A lovely hotel!"

"This place is a dump. Do not stay here, and don’t trust the reviews that say otherwise! This place might have been great in the 90s, but that’s the last time anything was maintained and/or cleaned thoroughly. Our first room was dark and filthy, and located on the maintenance side of the property. So we went to the front desk to ask to get moved since most rooms were sitting empty. The second room was just as bad. Shower doors were falling off and the shower head was broken. The wooden closet...
