"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"
"The hotel is centrally located in Tokyo, walking distance to Shinjuku station, major shopping, and touristic attractions. Breakfast is the best. Nice coffeeshop in the premises. 7/11 with ATM right outside the building. "

"Best introduction to Japan as a first time visitor.
Hotel was extremely convenient for travel around Shinjuku on foot and greater Tokyo area by train/subway. Conbini just across the road and behind hotel.
Room was well sized for Japan and very comfortable / quiet / clean.
Loved our stay."
"We stayed 3 nights. Family of 4. Room was small for 4 ppl but we expected that. Space was clean, modern (with USB outlets) and had extra supplies to make our stay comfortable like slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Staff were friendly and responded timely to pre-arrival questions. There is an inexpensive Airport Bus transportation that drops and picks up very close to hotel. Location was very good with 2 metro stations within walking distance. Shinjuku entertainment district was very close and easy to walk to. Only negative was they only had 2 washing machines for the entire hotel so plan to wait to wash and dry clothes."
