"Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation."

Comfortable bed and lounge access was very convenient--The food was also pretty good. Staying on the premium floor was great because of the fantastic view, so highly recommend doing so as well."

"The hotel itself is situated in an excellent spot in Shinjuku. It is only a 10 minute walk to the station, but there are still tons of things to do in Shinjuku if you do not feel like going out too much. Rooms are very clean and the free amenities in the lobby were great. It also has excellent sound proofing. I could barely hear any sounds from rooms around us except maybe the occasional footsteps upstairs, but nothing that would wake you up. I am a light sleeper so this was great. The A/C is good and quiet. The rooms are tiny, so take that into consideration, but that is usual for a hotel in the city. The front desk staff were very helpful when my mother left her bag on the airport limousine bus. They were able to call the bus company and identify the bag for us. We were able to get it back the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
